So Down the TBR Hole took a little break, but I’m back at it again. I’ve realised I’m not going to have this sorted by 2018 but .. I can just work at it anyway. This is book 171-196 of the TBR pile. 172: City of Ghosts by V.E Schwab: Um … you’re just gonna pitch a book to me as stranger things meets ghost hunters and think I won’t read it? Think again. Verdict: it’s staying I’m keen
173: A Corner of White by Jaclyn Moriarty: This books sounds quirky but the reviews are so mixed … I want to read more OzYA though so I think I’ll keep it for now Verdict: keeping
174: The Dark Unwinding by Sharon Cameron: I don’t remember adding this and I don’t think I’m interested in reading it. Verdict: deleted from tbr
175: One Day We’ll All Be Dead and None Of This Will Matter by Scaachi Koul: I don’t usually read lots of essays and this collection doesn’t have particularly high ratings .. but I kinda feel like I SHOULD read it. Ultimately though, I don’t think I’d ever pick this up. So I may re-add later but, for now Verdict: deleting
176: The Yearbook Committee by Sarah Ayoub: This author Hate is Such a Strong Word, which I really liked, and so I want to read more of her stuff, but this has really mixed reviews and has been on my tbr for ages and I’ve never even thought to pick it up. So I’m not sure I’ll ever get to it. Verdict: delete from tbr
177: The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka: I’ve heard so many good things about this classics, and that Franz Kafka is just great overall so I want to read it eventually. Plus I think it’s gonna be recommended reading at uni next year anyway Verdict: keep on tbr

I deleted seven books from my tbr this time. Did I make the right decisions? I feel I was a bit lenient with some, but I always tell myself I’ll get to it *eventually*.
